We have managed to make special arrangements with some car hire companies local to the airport. This will save some of the problems of long delays collecting cars at the large on site companies, which can occur (a 2½ hour queue is not unusual at peak times). These are reputable companies on airport.

that all the extra fees are included, most of these fees are not optional
and will be added when you collect your car.
