1. Yes, we can't supply flights but we can supply a list of suggested websites and bucket shops.

2. Yes, we can recommend reputable, on airport companies with fully inclusive insurance.

3. We cannot supply tickets but we can recommend where to buy in the UK or local kiosks for part used tickets without the 'timeshare' sales pitch.

4. The price is for the Villa per week, for up to 8 guests.

5. The only optional extra is pool heating at £15 or $25 per day. Local taxes are included in all our prices.

6. The telephone number of the Villa is 001-407-507-5380 (from the UK). If you wish to make International calls we suggest you purchase a prepaid call card. These are widely available in most stores and service stations.

7. We can arrange Maid services at additional cost if you require. Please contact us with your requirements.

8. You will need at least a 'Tri Band' phone and will need to ask your network provider to activate 'Roaming' if it is not already.

10. There is a desktop computer with printer/scanner and Broadband Internet access. Wifi access is provided free for our guests .

11. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The Loft room has a queen size sofa bed.
